We have made ordering products at iHerb easier now! Just call our HERB SINGAPORE hotline (from 12pm-10pm) or whatsapp to 9108-1059 to place your order!

Before contacting us, please ensure you have the following information available:

1 – Visit our Singapore website here.

2 – Ensure the product price is in SGD. Refer to NOTE at end of this article.

3 – Prepare the list in the format below. The product code is located beside the product image for desktop platform. For mobile platform, please click on Other Information and scroll down to locate the product code which is found below the shipping weight. Every product on iHerb comes with an unique product code, so there will be no mistake when ordering the products you want.

Total $114.27 x 1% Surcharge = $115.41.

There is 1% Surcharge for online payment when purchasing from iHerb.

*NOTE: SGD$6 admin fee applies if order is less than SGD$100. 

(For convenience, you may email the list to us at herbsingapore@gmail.com together with your name and mobile number. We usually respond and process your order within 24 hours.)

HERB SINGAPORE will either SMS or whatsapp to your mobile number to confirm the final order price and details of payment to be made via PayLah! or to our Maybank/DBS/POSB bank accounts.

If your order amount is more than SGD$100, we will ship the order to your address for FREE using either SingPost or courier, depending on the type of products purchased.

If your order is less than SGD$100, you can only opt to self-collect the goods at no extra charge at Bedok MRT Station or Bedok Mall. Or add flat rate of SGD$4 for courier delivery.

Once payment is made, your order will be processed with expected delivery time to be 7-9 working days. We will contact you when order is ready.
